SHINE Musical Theatre
Shine Theatre Arts Academy is a musical theatre school which teaches singing, acting and dance. All staff are qualified in their fields. Shine is held in Corwen every Wednesday of school term times. The lower juniors (aged 7yrs – 11yrs) is from 3.30pm – 5.30pm and the upper juniors from 5.30pm – 7.30pm. Shine performs twice a year with a summer & Christmas show, which every student takes part in. We believe in encouraging our students to reach their full potential and there is nothing better than seeing them all grow in strength and confidence from show to show.

BERWYN U3A
The University of the Third Age (U3A) is an international self-help organisation for retired and semi-retired people, which provides educational, creative and leisure opportunities in lifelong learning. The success of each U3A is that they draw on the knowledge, experience and skills of their own members. No formal qualifications are required or awarded.

Berwyn and District U3A is a growing association for members from the Edeyrnion area of South Denbighshire. We meet to offer a wide variety of activities and interests. These meetings also offer a chance to make new friends, share interests and develop new skills in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
