So let’s get talking about Pengwern Community Hub – Bringing Communities together
Denbighshire County Council Community Housing have secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund - Rural Futures for the project “Working Together for the future of Pengwern Community” The project aims are to develop Pengwern Community centre into a Community hub space that meets the needs and aspirations of the Pengwern community.
South Denbighshire Community Partnership (SDCP) are working in partnership with Denbighshire County Council Community Housing to develop the project, and have previously undertaken consultation with the community to have their say and to share their thoughts on what services and activities were most important to the community. Construction for the new facilities is now underway and will be complete by the end of Summer 2022.
